Whale Wave Five Eighty Elevate is a Balance Type Beyblade. It is succeeded by Whale Flame M3-85HT.

Blade – Whale Wave
Whale Wave features a wavy, five-sided design meant for heavy smash attacks and downward pressure. It was originally classed as an Attack type before being reclassified as a Balance type.

Ratchet – 5-80
The 5-80 Ratchet features 5 identical protrusions at a 8.0 millimeter height.

Bit – Elevate
Elevate or E is a Balance Type Bit that features a flat tip with a bump protruding in the center, and a large disc surrounding it. The wide ring is intended to ‘elevate’ the Bit above the Stadium floor during an Xtreme Dash, preventing Stamina loss. The elevated Bit also allows an Elevate combo to more easily do Smash Attacks with an Xtreme Dash. The smooth perimeter of the ring also provides Life-After-Death (LAD) potential. This LAD allows an Elevate combo to roll on the disc when tilted or swaying at the end of a battle. Although it is a Balance Type Bit, Elevate has a weakness Burst Lock (low Burst Resistance) shaft that is usually found on Stamina Type Bits. This was done to balance its high performance.

Important Note: The Beyblade does not come with a box of its own, and no launcher will be included.
