1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, customers cannot cancel or modify the order. However, Ultimate Bey Heaven reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if necessary due to availability, pricing, delivery, verification, or other operational reasons.
2. No Return, Refund & Replacement
All purchases are final. We do not currently offer return, refund, or replacement for our products.
3. No Warranty or Guarantee
Our products are imported and do not come with any warranty or guarantee regarding quality, durability, performance, or lifespan.
However, if you face any issue with your order, please contact our customer support.
We will always try our best to understand the issue and provide a suitable solution whenever possible.
4. Product Checking
Customers are encouraged to check the product/package upon delivery in front of the delivery agent whenever possible.
5. Delivery & Charges
We provide delivery across Bangladesh with Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. If a return is exceptionally approved by Ultimate Bey Heaven, the applicable delivery/return charges must be paid by the customer.
6. Pricing & Availability
Product prices, offers, delivery charges, and availability may change at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in case of pricing errors or product unavailability.
7. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct name, phone number, and delivery address. Ultimate Bey Heaven will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.
